INTERIOR PLANT RENTALS MANAGER
Objective:
The objective of Folium’s Interior Plant Rentals Manager is to ensure all existing Interior Plant Rental contracts are professionally, consistently and thoroughly serviced, to develop and evolve Interior Folium’s Plant Rental best practices and to grow Folium’s Interior Plant Rental business. This position reports to Folium’s Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
• Devise, manage and execute the Plant Maintenance Schedule to
maximise effectiveness and efficiency
• Submit monthly report on status of contracts
• Report annual cost analysis per client
• Manage relationship with clients, including every client's record
• Control all Plant Stock and Maintenance Stock in a timely and practical fashion, including all necessary paperwork
• Ensure stock is being purchased from the optimal suppliers
• Manage relationship with suppliers
• Plan and schedule all Plant Replacements as required
• Ensure vehicle is presentable and clean, inside and out
• Ensure all procedures and work practices within the Interior Plant Rental business complies with Health & Safety requirements in conjunction with the Office Manager.
• Canvas market for new business, within the framework of the short- and long-term business development strategy
